It's Stress Awareness Month.
Stress is a part of all our lives. The severity of that stress can vary. However, when stress hits, it's nice to have ways to cope with it.
Join us Monday, April 17th at 12 PM for our "Stress Happens" program. We will discuss different signs your body gives you when you are stressed, different coping mechanisms you can utilize when dealing with that stress, and additional resources that might be useful.
This program is geared towards teens and older.
