Learn all about the science behind NASA’s newest space telescope mission, the James Webb Space Telescope. The James Webb Space Telescope is the most advanced infrared space telescope ever launched and will allow us to look deeper into time and space than ever before! This challenge offers activities and videos provided by NASA via the Beanstack app.

Challenge your friends or even Librarian Katie to a Guitar Hero duel after school on Wednesday, January 12th from 3-4 pm!
Starting December 22nd at 10 AM, Teens can stop by the Library to pick up our Teen Gumball Machine Ornament Kit. Inside are the materials and instructions on how you can make your very own Gumball Machine ornament for your tree this year.
Supplies are limited and kits are available on a first come, first served basis. Are you ready to play some Mario Games!? We will have a selection of multi player Mario games to play on Wednesday, December 22nd from 3-4 pm. So bring a friend and lets start playing!
*You can bring your own switch controller, the library is able to have up to 4 players at one time if more people want to play you will need more controllers. Join us as we discuss The Chicken Sisters by KJ Dell'Antonia. Books can be put on hold on infosoup or by stopping in the library to place a hold with one of our friendly librarians. This book has large print, regular print and ebook editions available.
Pick up a fun non-alcoholic kit on Monday, December 20th. This kit is designed for Adults to help give you ideas for the Holidays inspired and all non-alcoholic drinks! Kit includes 2-3 recipes and some ingredients. Participant is responsible for purchasing the rest of the ingredients.
Kids - make some special treat bags to deliver gifts to friends and or family. Available Thursday, December 16th while supplies last.
Now that the holidays are over you may have gotten some new devices. BUT you might be wondering how can I still be safe online? Will my information be safe online? Can I shop online? This is a basic Internet Security presentation that will cover BASICS on emails, online shopping and passwords. Find out how you can be safe on Thursday, January 20th at 1 pm.

Starting Friday, December 10th at 10 AM, Teens can stop by the Library to pick up one of our Pinecone Christmas Tree kits. These kits will be available at the Circulation desk and are the last of our three teen kits of Holiday Craft Week. Kits are available on a First Come, First Served basis. Supplies are limited. Kids can make a fun twirling tree with this craft. Available Thursday, December 9th at Algoma Public Library while supplies last.

These kits will be available at the Circulation desk and are the second of our three teen kits of Holiday Craft Week. Kits are available on a First Come, First Served basis. Supplies are limited. This kit is a fun family activity. Pick up this grab & go kit to create fun holiday decorations with the whole family. Available Tuesday, December 7th at Algoma Public Library while supplies last.
We'll be showing the Polar Express on Tuesday, December 7th at 5 pm and playing along with the characters! We'll drink hot chocolate, ring a bell, and believe! Come watch with us! Come dressed in your pajamas and bring your own blankets!
Stop in and make a cute ornament for your tree using scrap fabric, buttons and sticks on Monday, December 6th between 1 - 4 pm!
