Wisconsin Author, Terri Sorg will be speaking virtually via Zoom.

Terri will lead us through an open discussion on the definitions, statistics, effects on the body, and strategies for managing stress/anxiety for adults and children.  

Terri is a retired mental health nurse, a person with anxiety, and the author of the Heart Fairy Books. (heartfairy.net) She has a new book coming out this spring called Heart Fairy and Anxiety.

Her topic is Stress and Anxiety, which will include the body's involvement and tips for management.
