Meeting on the fourth Tuesday of every month from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, join Braelyn for Adult Creative Writing. We will have writing prompts and activities for those looking for inspiration. The first hour will be used for brainstorming and writing, the time left will be for sharing our pieces (for those that would like to). All materials will be provided by the Library (paper, pens, pencils). Sharing of new or old pieces is encouraged, but not required.

Remote Control Racers

Remote Control Racers May 18th from 3:00pm to 4:00pm
​Kids stop in on May 18th from 3-4 pm to play with our Remote Control Cars. First we will work together on building a course with different roadblocks and obstacles. Then we will take turns using the cars to get through them. Cars are limited so participants will be taking turns using the cars. These off-road racing cars can perform so many cool stunts. The car can move in all directions, can do extreme 360 degree tumbling spins and can also flip on both sides using its controller. 
This program is for ages 9 and up.

May is National Photography Month. To celebrate, we are holding a Teen Photography contest!

Entry forms will be available at the circulation desk and on our website. Participants must be between the ages of 12 and 19 years old, and can only submit one photo. 

​Photos will be accepted up to Friday, May 12th. From May 15th to May 20th, in person voting will be held in the library. Additional voting will be available via Facebook. 

Prizes will be given out to the top two entries.
