Learn the basics of how to use a smartphone, including how to turn your device on and off, answer and make calls, read and send text messages, and more with Bug Tussel on Saturday, April 27th from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. This class is designed to cover the very basic smartphone features for beginners. For both iPhones and Android phones. Have a smartphone? Bring it with you for hands-on practice. In honor of the World Migratory Bird Day Celebration that will be on Saturday, April 27 at Algoma High School, we are playing some Bird Bingo!
Stop in on Wednesday, April 24 from 3:15-4:00pm for Bird Bingo! Small treats and prizes will be awarded. Program and prizes aimed for younger children, but everyone is invited! Tuesday April 23rd at 3:00 PMMeeting on the fourth Tuesday of every month from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, join Braelyn for Adult Creative Writing. We will have writing prompts and activities for those looking for inspiration. The first hour will be used for brainstorming and writing, the time left will be for sharing our pieces (for those that would like to).
All materials will be provided by the Library (paper, pens, pencils). Sharing of new or old pieces is encouraged, but not required. Available starting Monday, April 22nd at 10 AMTo celebrate Earth Day, patrons are welcome to stop by the library on Monday, April 22nd at 10 AM to snag a kit filled with activities and crafts to help you celebrate our planet and keeping it clean.

We will be sampling different teas and talking about their benefits. This tea party is geared for adults. Sign up recommended. In the event of severe weather there will not be a make up date.

Tuesdays at 10:30am This special story time is for babies, toddlers and preschool age children. Older siblings are always welcome. Storytime is a chance to share books and songs with your little ones. It's a great opportunity for littles to learn a great deal about language before they ever say a word. That's why it is so important to read to your young children.
