 Learn the basics of how to use a smartphone, including how to turn your device on and off, answer and make calls, read and send text messages, and more with Bug Tussel on Saturday, April 27th from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. This class is designed to cover the very basic smartphone features for beginners. For both iPhones and Android phones. Have a smartphone? Bring it with you for hands-on practice.  In honor of the World Migratory Bird Day Celebration that will be on Saturday, April 27 at Algoma High School, we are playing some Bird Bingo!
Stop in on Wednesday, April 24 from 3:15-4:00pm for Bird Bingo! Small treats and prizes will be awarded. Program and prizes aimed for younger children, but everyone is invited! Tuesday April 23rd at 3:00 PM Meeting on the fourth Tuesday of every month from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, join Braelyn for Adult Creative Writing. We will have writing prompts and activities for those looking for inspiration. The first hour will be used for brainstorming and writing, the time left will be for sharing our pieces (for those that would like to).
All materials will be provided by the Library (paper, pens, pencils). Sharing of new or old pieces is encouraged, but not required. Available starting Monday, April 22nd at 10 AM To celebrate Earth Day, patrons are welcome to stop by the library on Monday, April 22nd at 10 AM to snag a kit filled with activities and crafts to help you celebrate our planet and keeping it clean.
Please recycle all pieces of the kit that are not used. Kits are geared towards kids and families. Kits are given out on a first come, first served basis. Monday April 22 at 3:30 PM Where did all my money go? Join us at the Algoma Public Library on April 22nd at 3:30 PM to learn how to read your paystub and get some tips for saving money! Renee Koenig from UW-Madison Extension will teach this session with games and helpful tools.

Books are available in regular print, large print and on Libby (eBook and eAudiobook). You can also put a copy on hold on infosoup.
 Ladies and Gents join us for a Tea Party geared for Adults on Saturday, April 13th from 11 am to 12:30 pm featuring several different types of tea and baked goods. We will be sampling different teas and talking about their benefits. This tea party is geared for adults. Sign up recommended. In the event of severe weather there will not be a make up date.

 Are you a budding genealogist looking to dabble in genealogy? This is a basic class on how to get started with tips and tricks on Wednesday, April 12th at 12:30 pm.
 Tuesdays at 10:30am This special story time is for babies, toddlers and preschool age children. Older siblings are always welcome. Storytime is a chance to share books and songs with your little ones. It's a great opportunity for littles to learn a great deal about language before they ever say a word. That's why it is so important to read to your young children.
