Are you a budding genealogist looking to dabble in genealogy? This is a basic class on how to get started with tips and tricks on Wednesday, April 12th at 12:30 pm.

This program is open to all ages. Young children are encouraged to be accompanied by older family members. We are reading "Book Lovers" by Emily Henry. Books are available in regular print, large print and on Libby (eBook and eAudiobook). You can also put a copy on hold on infosoup.
Come bring your current project, machine and supplies to sew for a couple hours with friends from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday, March 16th. Experienced quilter available for questions.

Learn the basics of how to watch movies and TV shows through streaming on Saturday, March 9th from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. This class is designed for technology users who are comfortable using the internet, smartphones, and computers and are ready to make the switch from cable to streaming. You’ll learn what streaming services are, how they work, how to find movies and shows, how to play and pause movies or episodes, and how to save movies or episodes for later. You’ll also learn about the types of streaming services you can choose from so you can pick the right one for you. Moderate tech experience expected.

The library is hosting Nerf Battles on Saturday, March 9th from 3:30 to 5 pm at Algoma High School Auxiliary Gym. Teens and Adults will be able to play a series of 3 battles: Teens vs. Adults, mixed team and free for all (everyone against each other). This program is geared for ages 11 and up.

Tuesday, February 27th at 3 PMMeeting on the fourth Tuesday of every month from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, join Braelyn for Adult Creative Writing. We will have writing prompts and activities for those looking for inspiration. The first hour will be used for brainstorming and writing, the time left will be for sharing our pieces (for those that would like to). All materials will be provided by the Library (paper, pens, pencils). Sharing of new or old pieces is encouraged, but not required.
