Please recycle all pieces of the kit that are not used. Kits are geared towards kids and families. Kits are given out on a first come, first served basis.

Stop by the Library on Friday, April 12th at 3:30 PM to take part in our Booktok Bingo. Get a bingo and get some Booktok Swag! This program is geared towards teens and adults. Monday April 1st at 3 PMJoin us at the Algoma Public Library between 3 PM and 4:30 PM on Monday, April 1st to make your own miniature books! We will have different options for book covers and supplies.
This program is open to all ages. Young children are encouraged to be accompanied by older family members. NOTE: Incase of cancellation due to carpeting project extension, this program has an alternative date of Monday, April 8th from 3 PM to 4:30 PM. Stop by at the library starting Monday, March 18th at 10 AM to get the supplies to assemble your very own bird feeder to make for your own backyard visitors.

The library is hosting Nerf Battles on Saturday, March 9th from 3:30 to 5 pm at Algoma High School Auxiliary Gym. Teens and Adults will be able to play a series of 3 battles: Teens vs. Adults, mixed team and free for all (everyone against each other). This program is geared for ages 11 and up.

Supplies are limited. Sign-ups are not required, but encouraged. Join us as we do our 3rd annual Family Winter Reading Challenge from January 1st to February 29th. Track your reading on our Beanstack app during the months of January and February and be entered to win a prize! Open to families and individuals of all ages.
*For those that struggle with technology we do have a paper tracking log available too. You can download it here or stop in the library to pick up. All log sheets must be turned in by Friday, March 1st by 6 pm. Winners will be chosen Monday, March 4th. Friday, February 23 at 5 p.m.
Join us for a special storytime for stuffed animals and their people! We will share stories and songs before tucking our stuffed animals in for their sleepover. On Saturday, you will be reunited with your animal and get a scrapbook showing their adventures at the library. We will keep all stuffed animals until they are picked up.
