On the third Wednesday of every month from 3 PM to 5 PM, the Algoma Public Library invites our patrons to step into Virtual Reality. This month we are playing on Wednesday, December 18th. Our two headsets, made possible by the Friends of the Library, will be set up in our meeting room space for patrons to enjoy.
Sign-ups are required as each patron will be given a 15 minute turn. (Amount of time for each patron is subject to change depending on attendance.)

Come to the Algoma Public Library every two weeks on Friday at 3:00 PM for our After School Movie. Movies selected will be rated PG-13 or younger. Movie is: Movie: Beethoven's Christmas Adventure Rating: PG Runtime: 85 minutes Our After School Movie program is geared towards children and tweens along with their caregivers. We ask that adults with no children refrain from attending. Join us December 12th from 3:00 to 4:00PM for December's S.T.E.A.M. event. Families are invited to create gingerbread houses using cardboard, hot glue, markers, crayons, construction paper, and more! Enjoy hot chocolate and festive Christmas music while you build. A prize will be awarded to the winning house.

Come make a Tie Angel out of recycled neckties on Wednesday, December 11th from 1:30 - 3 pm. Supplies will be included. Participants can make 2 Angels.
