With our world relying on the digital world password security is paramount. This session will look at keeping you safe online with strong passwords and general safety tips. Note: Librarian Katie is not a certified computer technician.
Celebrate the season with a cozy fall craft! Join the Algoma Public Library October 16, 2025 from 4:30-6:00PM to paint autumn scenes on wooden tree rings. For ages 13 and up.
Join Niki as she walks you through her "Magic Six" class. In an afternoon (or weekend), you can turn those six fat quarters into a baby-size quilt (32-1/2" x 48-1/2"). Join us on Saturday, October 11 10:00 - 2:00 pm at the Algoma Public Library. Please stop in to sign up and get the materials/tools list.
Want a larger quilt? Add a border or double your fat quarters. This versatile quilt is great beginner or last-minute project as there are few seams to match. A pre-cut kit will be available for a $10 donation to the library, or you can pick up the cutting list when you register and pre-cut your own. **Basic sewing machine knowledge and a sewing machine are required to participate in this class. Space is limited.** Join us to discuss your latest reads. We will be meeting at Hotel Stebbins (201 Steele St, Algoma, WI) on Thursday, October 9th, 2025 from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.
