Come join us for our annual Halloween Party from 5:00-6:00 pm on Monday, October 28th. We will have a photo op area, games, crafts, Haunted House put on by the Girl Scouts (Haunted House Geared toward young children) and more. Come dressed up in your favorite Halloween Costume!

Come make a pumpkin out of books with us on Friday, October 25th from 1-3 pm! This program is geared for adults and teens. Supplies are provided. However, if you wish to bring your own book from home to turn into a pumpkin you can.
Come to the Algoma Public Library every two weeks on Friday at 3:00 PM for our After School Movie. Movies selected will be rated PG-13 or younger. Today's Movie is: Movie: IF Rating: PG Runtime: 104 minutes Our After School Movie program is geared towards children and tweens along with their caregivers. We ask that adults with no children refrain from attending. On the third Wednesday of every month from 3 PM to 5 PM, the Algoma Public Library invites our patrons to step into Virtual Reality. Our two headsets, made possible by the Friends of the Library, will be set up in our meeting room space for patrons to enjoy.
Sign-ups are required as each patron will be given a 15 minute turn. (Amount of time for each patron is subject to change depending on attendance.) Join us on Tuesday, October 15th at 1 pm. We are reading "Chocolate Chip Cookie Murder" by Joanne Fluke. Books are available in regular print, large print, Hoopla (eBook) and on Libby (eBook and eAudiobook). You can also put a copy on hold on infosoup.
