On the third Wednesday of every month from 3 PM to 5 PM, the Algoma Public Library invites our patrons to step into Virtual Reality. Our two headsets, made possible by the Friends of the Library, will be set up in our meeting room space for patrons to enjoy. This month's date is Monday, May 21st, 2025 from 3 to 5 pm.
Sign-ups are required as each patron will be given a 15 minute turn. (Amount of time for each patron is subject to change depending on attendance.) Join us on Tuesday, May 20th at 1 pm. We are reading "The Thursday Murder Club" by Richard Osman. Books are available in regular print, large print, audiobook on CD, and Libby (eAudiobook and ebook). You can also put a copy on hold on infosoup.
Bring your project and craft join us on the 3rd Saturday of the Month from 10 am to 2 pm. Open to quilters, painters and needle crafters. Formally known as Open Quilting Lab.*Experienced quilter on hand.

Come to the library at 5pm for story time and activities. Then say good night and tuck your stuffy friends in tight. Pick them up the next morning along with a mini photo album of their night time adventures. Bring a blanket and/or pillow for your stuffy to sleep with.
